# 2026 Behavioural Health Integration Reimbursement: CPT 99484, 99492, 99493

CPT Code | Description | 2026 National Average (Approx.): 

| 99484 | General BHI, at least 20 min clinical staff time per month | ~$55 |  
| 99492 | CoCM, first 70 min in first calendar month | ~$164 |  
| 99493 | CoCM, first 60 min in subsequent months | ~$133 |  
| 99494 | CoCM, each additional 30 min (add-on) | ~$67 |

BHI services can generate meaningful revenue when combined with other connected care programs. A patient with diabetes, hypertension, and depression could be enrolled in CCM (99490 + 99439), RPM (99454 + 99457 + 99458), and BHI (99484) simultaneously, generating estimated combined monthly revenue exceeding $300 per patient.
